Eligibility for Refunds

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled unless it falls under the conditions below.
2. Product Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives with visible damage or defects, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You will need to provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or item), we will issue a refund or send the correct item.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with pictures for verification.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Additional Information
Refunds are not applicable once the product has been shipped, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We may require the return of the product before issuing a refund in some cases. If so, we will guide you through the return process.
Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return if requested.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
