Return Window

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, unworn, and with tags/packaging)

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

  2. Provide the Following

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos (if applicable)

  3. Return Shipping

    • Our team will guide you through the return process.

    • In some cases, customers may need to arrange return shipping depending on the situation.


Return Approval Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2 business days.

  • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange based on your preference.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Important Notes

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery are not eligible.

  • Items must be in unused and original condition to be approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
